Technical Capabilities

Our manufacturing infrastructure supports a wide range of electrical equipment, including instrument transformers, surge arresters, and switchgear panels. All processes and capacities are aligned with relevant IEC and IS standards to ensure compliance and performance.

• Impregnation System

• Autoclave and Impregnation System (up to 440 kV)

Advanced manufacturing process for high-voltage components such as current transformers, potential transformers, bushings, and dry-type instrument transformers rated up to 440 kV.

• Drying and Impregnation Oven (up to 245 kV)

Specialized equipment designed to eliminate moisture and enhance insulation integrity, ensuring reliable performance of high-voltage components.

• Oil Handling System

Dedicated system for processing and handling oil used in transformers, instrument transformers (CT/PT), bushings, OLTCs, and surge arresters, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Controlled Insulation Environment

Isolated and controlled environment for insulation processes of CT/PTs, bushings, surge arresters, dry-type transformers, and winding assemblies.

• CT & PT Winding Machines

Precision winding machines used for accurate and consistent winding of primary and secondary coils in instrument transformer manufacturing.
